If you need to send your NightSearcher product in for inspection or repairs, please fill in and submit the Product Repair and Warranty Claim Form. One of our technicians will be in contact with you to find out more about the fault, and advise you on how to proceed.

• Your name and address.
• A method which we can use to contact you: phone number, or email address.
When shipping items back to us, please use a carrier that can confirm delivery.
