This giveaway is run by NightSearcher Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 4, Applied House, Fitzherbert Spur, Farlington, Portsmouth PO6 1TT, United Kingdom.

The competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of NightSearcher Ltd, their immediate families and any individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

By entering the giveaway, each participant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; NightSearcher Ltd reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with these rules.

The giveaway is free to enter and runs from the 8th of December (08/12/25) until the 5th of January (05/01/26). Entrants must follow NightSearcher on either Instagram or Facebook accounts (or both), with each follow counting as one entry. In addition, participants must like the designated giveaway post and comment with “I am in”. Only entries received within the competition period will be accepted. Additional Entries are given to entrants who tag someone else.

All valid entries submitted between the 8th of December (08/12/25) until the 5th of January (05/01/26) will be included in the draw. The winner will be selected on the 9th of January 2026 (09/01/26).

There are 3 prizes up for grabs, they consist of: a TriStar Connect, a bundle of KangaStar power tool battery work lights and a WorkStar Connect 7K; There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

A winner will be chosen at random on the ninth of January 2026. The winner will be notified via the social media platform used for entry and must provide their full name, postal address, telephone number and email address within fourteen calendar days. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen through the same process.

By entering, participants consent to NightSearcher Ltd using their name or social media handle for promotional purposes. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current United Kingdom data protection legislation.
