Under Warranty?
If your product is within the standard 3‑year warranty (or 5‑year if registered), we’ll handle any Eligible repairs (warranty T&Cs here) completely free of charge. - Out‑of‑Warranty?
No problem, our expert UK‑based team will still take a look. We offer a transparent Health Check Service (up to 8 lights assessed for just £30, battery fitting extra), then give you an honest repair quote. no surprises, no pressure.

> We ensure connectors, lenses and all components are cleaned and checked to keep performance high.

How It Works:
- Ship your kit to our UK head office.
- We run our Health Check, identify any faults (charging, battery, fuse etc) and communicate our findings & costs.
- You decide: approve the repair or send it back.
- Once approved, we complete the fix and send your kit back, how it should be: reliable and ready.
